The mockup is live. The sidebar accurately mirrors the Forge thread list — project groups, status dots, working/completed badges. The main panel shows real tool call sections with expandable entries. All styles match the actual dark theme tokens.
Next I'll wire the download button to detect your OS and link directly to the right release asset.
